火炬高度设计及环保达标核算

摘    要:火炬高度设计是化工行业火炬工艺计算的重点。根据国内外火炬工艺设计规范,初步确定火炬最大气量和烟囱高度,通过大气污染物扩散模式核算火炬高度,提出了不同与一般烟囱的火炬烟气抬升高度的计算公式;分析火炬高度和地面热辐射一定时,不同风速下,无障碍半径和最大落地浓度的关系。

Abstract:Torch process design focus on the height calculation.Based on the torch process design specifications,the maximum gas volume and height were calculated.Using the air pollutant dispersing model,the torch height was evaluated,and it was speculated that the calculating formula of the gas uplift height was different from that of the general chimney,the curves of no barrier radius,the maximum landing concentration of pollutants and its location with the different wind speeds were drawn at the certain torch height and thermal radiation.
