FCC汽油脱硫工艺及发展趋势

摘    要:国内外对车用汽油硫含量的限制日趋严格,采用有效的技术手段降低催化裂化汽油硫含量是关键。针对FCC汽油中含硫化合物的特点,本文综述了国内外开发的一系列FCC汽油脱硫技术的特点及发展现状,并针对国内成品汽油现状,提出了一种具有低辛烷值损失、高液收、低硫的FCC汽油脱硫新工艺。

Abstract:Sulfur content restrictions of gasoline for cars were becoming more and stricter in China and abroad,and the key was to use effective technical means to reduce the sulfur content in FCC gasoline.According to the characteristic of gasoline containing sulfur compounds,a series of domestic and international desulfurization technology features and evelopment status for FCC gasoline was reviewed.Considering the status of the domestic refined gasoline,a new FCC gasoline desulfurization technology with low loss of octane number,high liquid yield and low sulfur was proposed.
