小张力动态检测系统设计

摘    要:为了解决小张力在线检测困难的问题,建立了电阻应变传感器在振动噪声干扰下的数学模型,采用补偿传感器消除机械振动的噪声干扰.设计了一种基于dsPIC30F3012和双孔平行梁式电阻应变片传感器的小张力动态检测系统,并从理论和软件仿真的角度,证明了该系统在动态小张力检测中的可行性.

Design of Dynamic Testing System of Small Tension
Abstract:This paper is aimed at the problem that there are difficulties in on-line detection the little tension of the process of producing yarn and fabric.This design sets up a mathematic model of Resistance Strain Sensor in vibration noise interference,uses compensation sensor to to eliminate mechanical vibration noise.Design a dynamic testing system of small tension based on dsPIC30F3012 and double parallel beam resistance strain sensor.This system is proved to be feasible in detecting small tension from the perspective of theory and software simulation.
