摘    要:通过对LF精炼工艺流程及冶金机理的分析与研究,利用计算机语言和数据库技术,编程实现了LF精炼过程控制系统.系统功能不但包括数据通信,冶炼计划管理、冶炼过程跟踪记录、曲线报表生成管理等,还实现了合金计算模型与温度预估模型.具有操作简单,功能完善,模型可靠性高,运行稳定等优点.现在已经在某钢厂宽厚板LF炼钢线上正常使用,受...

Abstract:The process control system of LF level 2 is based by analyzing and researching the arts and crafts of refining and metallurgical mechanism, andprogrammedbytheapplicationofcomputerlanguageanddatabasetechnology. The function ofthe system include: datacom- munication, smelting program management, tracking and logging of smelting process, generating and managing of curve and report and so on. The advantages of this system as follow: simple operation, complete function, reliable model, stable running and so on. The system has been used in steel-making production line of a steel factory and been approbated.
