| 摘 要： | 通过对LF精炼工艺流程及冶金机理的分析与研究,利用计算机语言和数据库技术,编程实现了LF精炼过程控制系统.系统功能不但包括数据通信,冶炼计划管理、冶炼过程跟踪记录、曲线报表生成管理等,还实现了合金计算模型与温度预估模型.具有操作简单,功能完善,模型可靠性高,运行稳定等优点.现在已经在某钢厂宽厚板LF炼钢线上正常使用,受...

| Abstract: | The process control system of LF level 2 is based by analyzing and researching the arts and crafts of refining and metallurgical mechanism, andprogrammedbytheapplicationofcomputerlanguageanddatabasetechnology. The function ofthe system include： datacom- munication, smelting program management, tracking and logging of smelting process, generating and managing of curve and report and so on. The advantages of this system as follow： simple operation, complete function, reliable model, stable running and so on. The system has been used in steel-making production line of a steel factory and been approbated. |
