| 摘 要： | 上海市故障抢修管理系统是上海世博园智能电网综合示范工程之一。针对电网企业在电网与用户故障抢修管理业务的实际需求,上海市电力公司研究了基于输配电生产管理系统的电力故障抢修管理（TCM）系统的建设与应用,分析了该系统的应用需求、设计理念、主要功能及关键技术。TCM系统在上海电网的试点及推广应用情况,验证了该系统的有效性。

| Abstract: | Trouble call management system is one of the comprehensive smart grid model engineerings in Shanghai Expo Park.Focusing on the practical needs of power grid industry for network and customers＇ trouble call managing business,the construction and application of trouble call management（TCM） system based on the power production management system（PMS） are researched by SMEPC.Its applying demanding,designing conception,main function and key technologies of trouble call management system are analysed.As a pilot project the TCM system applied in Shanghai power network proves its effectiveness. |
