摘 要: | 为了实现对大型结构件的疲劳试验,模拟其实际工况,采用六自由度平台的结构形式设计成多维力疲劳试验台.针对该疲劳试验台的功能和控制要求,介绍了采用研华工控系列产品的计算机监控系统.数据采集及控制输出均采用研华输入输出模块,上位机在VC++平台上编写监控程序;下位机采用嵌入式Linux实时系统,时疲劳试验台做六自由度协调控制...

Abstract: | In order to simulate the factual working condition of large-structural parts,Stewart platform is designed as the Multi-component Force Fatigue-Testing Platform.This paper introduces monitoring system,which based on ADVANTECH facility,to meet the function and control requirements of this fatigue platform.Data acquisition and real-time control are all modules of ADVANTECH.Monitoring program is written on upper computer by VC++;lower computer use embedded Linux real-time system,in which coordinate control of 6-DOF is achievable. |
