胶体量子点发光二极管的研究进展

摘    要:近年来,电驱动胶体量子点发光二极管(QD-LED)的性能,特别是外量子效率得到了很大的提高。胶体量子点由于具有高的发光效率和尺寸可调谐的光电子性质,在高效、高色彩品质的薄膜显示器和固态发光器件有潜在的应用。文章介绍了利用胶体量子点作为发光二极管发色团的优势,重点阐述三种典型QD-LED的类型,最后,我们讨论了QD-LED商业化遇到的挑战。

Abstract:The performance of electrically driven colloidal quantum-dot light-emitting devices (QD-LED) has increased especially external quantum efficiency. The high luminescence efficiency and uniquely size-tunable color of QDs highlight the potential of QD-LED for use in high-efficient, high-color-quality thin-film display and solid-state lighting applications. We here discuss the key advantages of using QDs as luminophores in LEDs. Then three types of QD-LED are outlined. Finally, challenges facing QD-LED commercialization are identified.
