| 摘 要： | NAND Flash速度快、密度大、成本低,在各种数码产品中广泛使用。在详细介绍NAND Flash基础上,提出了基于AHB总线的NAND Flash控制器设计方案,并且已通过了功能验证和FPGA验证,各条指令功能均达到了预期的设计要求。

| Abstract: | NAND flash has many advantages such as high speed,big density and low cost,so it applicates widely in various digital products.This article in detail introduces the NAND Flash,and proposes a design scheme of NAND flash controller which is based on AHB bus.This scheme has passed the functional verification and FPGA verification,and all instructions achieve the desired results. |
