采煤机截齿镶铸复合金属材料研究

摘    要:截齿是采煤机工作时的重要零部件,要有较高的耐磨性和抗冲击性能。镶铸复合金属材料截齿是利用镶铸工艺,将铬系耐磨合金与抗冲击性能好的低合金钢一次浇铸成型。两金属复合界面在高温液态金属作用下形成冶金结合层,镶铸截齿在工作时复合金属不分离,从而提高镶铸复合金属材料截齿的使用寿命。

Abstract:The bit-sharpener is a crucial component in the coal mining machine. It needs high wear resistance and high impact resistance. The cast alloy steel bit-sharpener has been prepared by pouring the chrome abrasion resistance steel and the low-alloy steel with fine impact resistance one-step using cast-in technique. And the interface region forms a metallurgical binding layer under the action of the two high-temperature molten metals. Combined with chrome abrasion resistance and low-alloy impact resistance steel, the cast alloy steel bit-sharpener makes the two metals inseparably connect when applied to work, thereby increasing its durability.
