摘    要:针对板坯连铸生产中的问题,建立了热流力耦合的三维非稳态有限元模型。以尺寸为1.2 m×0.2 m的Q235B板坯为研究对象,利用Procast软件的二次开发,求解出了结晶器区域内的温度场、流场和应变分布。计算结果表明,铸坯收缩量在不同方向上存在不同的分布状态。考虑气隙产生对传热的影响时,结晶器出口铸坯表面平均温度由1 148.3℃增加到1 275.7℃,坯壳厚度由18.7 mm减少到15.4 mm。

Abstract:A numerical investigation is conducted for exploring the non-steady transport phenomena relative to cast speed in a continuous steel slab caster.The width and thickness of slab are 1.2 m and 0.2 m,and respectively the steel grade is Q235B.The distributions of temperature,flow,stress and strain in caster are obtained by using the commercial software,ProCAST.The results show that,the shrinkage of slab has different shape curve on different direction.Consider of the effect of gap width,the average temperature ...
