摘    要:入射光偏振角对半导体光放大通信链路的系统性能具有直接的影响。分析了自发辐射噪声限下系统的功率和噪声,进而得到了信噪比和误码率。从仿真结果看出。起偏器和自动温控设备可使通信链路的误码性能得到改进。

Abstract:The input polarization angle directly affects the performance of semiconductor optical amplification link. The powers and noises in spontaneous emission noise limited system are analyzed, the expression of signal noisc ratio and system BER is further deduced. The results show that the use of polarimeter arid automatic temperature control circuit is helpful to the improvement in such communication links.
