摘    要:针对焦炉高压氨水对象的非线性和复杂性,提出了一种高压氨水模糊/PID复合控制算法。它将模糊推理系统和传统PID算法融合起来,较好地解决了由于不确定因素影响和焦炉工业对象的复杂性而难以建立精确数学模型的问题;当高压氨水压力与期望压力值误差较大时,模糊推理系统工作,自动识别焦炉系统是否加煤,加快控制过程;当高压氨水压力与期望压力值误差较小时,PID控制器工作,精确地获得稳定的氨水压力。通过对模糊推理系统的仿真结果证明,该控制算法是可行的和有效的。

Abstract:According to the nonlinear and complexity of high-pressure ammonia in coke oven, a fuzzy/PID compound control algorithm was proposed. The algorithm combined fuzzy reasoning system with PID algorithm and solved the problem which difficult to establish accurate mathematical model because of influence of uncertainties and complexity of coke oven. When the pressure of high-pressure ammonia and expectations had a larger error, the fuzzy inference system would work and automatically identify whether coke oven system need to coal and speed up the control process. When the pressure of high-pressure ammonia and expectations had a small error, the PID controller would work and accurately access stable ammonia pressure. The simulation results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the control algorithm.
