| Abstract: | This is an introduction about a comprehensive energy conserving practical technology for the design and construction of a housing quarter.There are a great number of major factors being beliberately considered and well treated namely: (1) the general plan and architectural design of the housing quarter, (2) the appropriate determination of architectural style and its coefficient, (3) the area-coefficient and area-ratio between window and adjacent wall. (4)the energy conserving measures for all those external walls, roofs and windos etc., (5) the strengthening of thermal preservation of thermal preservation of heating supply pipelines and (6) the improvement of inside room's environment. All these have achieved success with social benefit and environmental efficacy. |
