| 摘 要： | 江汉油田财务结算中心将信息技术与资金管理相融合,构建了网络资金集中管理模式,在资金结算和预算管理上实行资金集中调配,实现资金优化效益,提升资金收益质量,盘活资金存量,节省财务费用,强化资金监管,为财务管理提供全方位、迅速、准确的资金信息流,最大限度地发挥财务经营活动的控制作用。

| Abstract: | Finance settlement center of Jianghan Oilfield has established centralized management pattern of the network capital by combining the capital management with information technology. It can carry out centralized allocation in capital settlement and budget management,optimize capital efficiency,improve capital profit quality,make the amount of funds deposit more flexible,save finance cost,strengthen capital supervision,offer complete,quick and accurate capital information flow for finance management,and give play to the control function of finance management at the maximum degree. |
