可见光固化复合树脂及其胶粘剂的制备和性能研究

摘    要:通过聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯与环氧甲基丙烯酸酯共混得到基体树脂,再添加可见光引发剂、交联单体等制成可见光固化胶粘剂,再向胶粘剂中加入无机填料制成可见光固化复合树脂。考察了各组分对胶粘剂光固化时间和剪切强度的影响,以及填料含量对复合树脂压缩强度的影响。通过正交实验获得了可见光固化胶粘剂及复合树脂的较佳配比。

Abstract:The matrix resin was prepared with blending of polyurethane methylacrylate and epoxy methacrylic resin.Visible light-curing adhesive was made through adding photinitiator and active diluent etc.into the matrix resin.By adding inorganic filler to the adhesive,visible light-curing composite resin was prepared.The effects of adhesive's gradients on curing time and shear strength were investigated.The influences of filler content on compressive strength was also discussed.The better formulation of visible light-curing adhesive and composite resin were obtained through orthogonal experiment.
