硫化剂TCY对丁腈橡胶/氯磺化聚乙烯共混物性能的影响

摘    要:研究了硫化剂TCY对丁腈橡胶/氯磺化聚乙烯共混物性能的影响。结果表明,硫化剂TCY的加入,使NBR/CSM共混物的正硫化时间、最低扭矩和最高扭矩增大,同时缩短了焦烧时间。当硫化剂TCY用量为0.8份时,共混物具有较好的力学性能。适当增加硫化剂TCY用量,可提高NBR/CSM共混物的耐热老化性能和耐油性能。

Abstract:In the current work, the effect of TCY used as curing agent on the properties of NBR/ CSM blend was investigated. The results showed that T90,MH and ML increased, hut T10 decreased with the increase of content of TCY. The mechanical properties of the blend were better when the dosage of TCY was 0.8 phr, and the heat-aging stability and the oil-resistant property of NBR/CSM blend property was improved with the increase of the content of TCY.
