| 摘 要： | 从提高军队院校教育资源利用效率出发,通过实例研究了数据包络分析（data envelopment analysis,DEA）方法在军队院校评价工作中的应用,主要考虑了确定DEA相对有效的院校、院校规模效益、非DEA有效的院校资源配置的改善、基于相对效率优劣对被评价院校排序等问题,通过对上述问题的解决,为院校上级主管部门在制定军队院校教育资源配置政策以及军队院校如何通过效率评价查找不足、提高教育资源利用效率方面提供参考。
