| Abstract: | The paper takes an example of the product,blowout preventer,and it builds up a measuring report of Customer Satisfaction Index on blowout preventer for BS Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Company with regard to measuring procedures,objectives,methods,systems,questionnaires designs,analysis of measuring results and measuring credibility and validity so as to lay theoretical and practical support for China's petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises to gradually start and effectively implement the measuring activity of Customer-Satisfaction Index for themselves. |
