上海食品产业发展的趋势与思考

摘    要:简要回顾了上海食品产业的发展历史与现状。文章就国内外宏观经济环境、市场需求和消费结构的新变化对上海食品产业发展的影响和一些深层次问题进行了理性分析。同时,对上海食品产业的发展进行了剖析,重点在创新复合型食品专业人才的培养、产学研战略联盟的构筑、科技创新型团队建设、现代化食品物流系统的建立和食品安全体系完善等方面进行了战略性的思考并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:The history and current situation of shanghai food industry development were briefly reviewed in this paper. The discussions were mainly focused on the macroscopic-economic environment at home and abroad,market requirements and the new change of consuming structure of food industry. The meanwhile, the effects of those factors on food industry and some others were also analyzed rationally. It was also predicted the development of Shanghai food industry. However, some strategically meditations and interrelated countermoves were also proposed, such as train the food professional personnel with development energy,make the union of industrial circles and scientific research institution, build team work with scientific vigor, establish modern flow system of food and improve food safety system.
