摘    要:剖析了激光细度仪的整体构造及其检测原理,深入解析了羊毛纤维细度的完整测试过程,对影响羊毛纤维细度检测准确性的因素进行了探讨.实践表明:原毛子样制备中原毛开松2次及以上时检测结果趋于稳定,而且实验结果对于不同直径范围的羊毛测定适用性较好,毛条重复切样时毛条的间隔必须大于6 cm以上.根据允差范围来校准激光细度仪,使不同直径的标准毛条测试值符合要求,羊毛细度测试过程的4个平行测试值差值不同的允差范围要求;日常使用中根据说明书要求对仪器进行及时维护等,这些因素都直接影响激光细度仪测定羊毛纤维细度的准确性.

Abstract:This article analyzes the overall structure of Sirolan-Laserscan and its detection principl.According to the testing process of the wool fineness,the impact on the factors to wool fineness testing accuracy is discussed.Practice shows that: when prepare the original sample,loosing the wool two more,the results become stable and suit for different diameter wool and cashmere,cut-like tops to repeat the top interval distance must be greater than 6 cm.According to tolerance to the scope of calibration Sirolan-La...
