摘    要:采用保护方式实现配电自动化具有快速故障隔离的优点.基于配电网系统保护原理,研制了一种新型馈线终端单元(FTU).该终端采用光纤通信,在光调制解调器(Modem)中通过编码将通信功能和电平(即故障标志)传输功能分开,故障标志传输不需要专用的通道.光Modem之间的帧传送是自主的,相邻Modem间能够快速地传送电平信号,实现了点对点的故障信息交换.FTU中的保护功能和监控与数据采集(SCADA)功能形成独立的功能模块.所提出的FTU方案通过了动模实验和2年多的实际运行.

Abstract:The scheme of distribution automation adopting feeder protection can isolate the fault quickly. Based on the system protection principle to distribution network, a new type of feeder terminal unit (FTU) is developed. The FTU systems use optical communication. The optical Modem disjoins the SCADA communication and Boolean signals functions using coding technology. So the fault flags can be exchanged rapidly peer-to-peer and special optical cables are not necessary. Frames between optical Modem are sent automatically. Protection function and SCADA function in the FTU are individual function modules. This FTU scheme succeeds in physical experiment and it has been put into operation for more than two years.
