摘    要:本文初步提出了一种随机动态决策方法,它可以用于解决工程结构最优抗震设防标准的确定问题.文中分析了影响工程结构抗震决策的主要因素,建立了包含这些因素的随机动态决策模型,并通过算例对该模型进行了研究.文中的方法和结果,可为设计和决策者进行科学的抗震决策提供必要的理论依据.

Abstract:A kind of random dynamic decision method to solve the problem of determining the optimal carthquake defence criterion of engineering structures is brought forward in this paper. The major factors that affect the aseismic decision of engineering structures are analysed, and a random dynamic decision model dealing with these major factors is established, and studied with computational examples. The method and the results provide neccesory theoritical rules for designers and decision makers to make scientific aseismic decisions.
