| 摘 要： | 探讨了石油化工厂废油渣(代号 JZFY)作为氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的增塑剂对 CPE 及其复合材料或并用体的增塑软化效果。结果发现,用 JZFY 增塑的 CPE 其塑化温度可降至80℃,且可填充大量的无机填料及废胶粉料,增塑效果与邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂相当。在 CPE/1,2-聚丁二烯(VPB)并用体系中,JZFY 的增塑及软化效果优于邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)。在 CPE/丁腈胶(NBR)共混型热塑性弹性体中,填加 JZFY,可使共混体的扯断强度和扯断伸长率增大,耐油性提高。

Application of Industrial Waste Oils to Rubber-Plastic Modification |

| Abstract: | The plasticizing and softening effects of waste oils from petrochemical fac-tory (JZFY) on chloropoiyethylene (CPE) and its blends and composites are discussed.The plastication temperature of CPE plasticized with JZFY can be lowered to80℃,and the plasticized CPE can be filled with large amounts of inorganic fillersand waste vulcanized rubber powders.The plasticizing efficiency of JZFY on CPEis similar to that of phthalic ester plasticizers and that on blends of CPE/VPB(1,2-polybutadiene) are superior to that of DOP(di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate).On adding JZFY to thermoplastic elastomer from CPE/NBR(butadiene acryloni-trile rubber),the tensile strength,elongation at break and oil resistance of theblends can be increased. |
