| Abstract: | The effect of cycle quenching treatment on strength,ductility and fatigue prop- erties of 50 Cr VA steel spring is studied.The experimental results show that cycle quenching treatment increases tensile strength,reduction of cross- sectional area and fatigue life. Under the condition of maximal working stress of 780 MPa,the fatigue life of springs exceeds 1 0 7cycles af- ter cycle quenching treatment. |
