南水北调釜山隧洞管棚施工技术

摘    要:管棚施工技术是充分发挥超前支护作用,减少地表下沉,防止围岩坍塌,从而增加施工安全度,提高隧洞长期稳定性的新型有效施工技术。介绍了釜山隧洞工程采用20 m管棚超前支护的施工技术,运用该技术可以克服隧洞洞口裂隙多、围岩破碎等不利地质条件,加快施工进度,确保安全生产,提高隧道的长期稳定性,使洞室成型保持整体完好,围岩整体稳定能得到保证,并取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。对其他类似工程的施工具有显著的借鉴和指导意义。

Abstract:Pipe-shed construction technology can reduce earth surface sediment,prevent surrounding rock mass collapse by advanced support to improve long-time stability of tunnel.This paper introduces advanced support by 20 m pipe-shed in Fushan tunnel.This technology can ovecome the unfavorable conditions of multiple fissures at tunnel mouth,crushed surrounding rock mass etc.,accelerate construction progress,guarantee construction safe,improve long-time stability of tunnel,well-shaping integrety of tunnel chamber and surrounding rock mass,and obtained economic and social benefits.The construction experience has obvious reference and guilding significance.
