| 摘 要： | 作为研究外腔半导体激光器（ＥＣＬＤ）双稳特性的第一步，我们研究了在激光二极管模式内可能实现外腔振荡的相对调谐范围，在此基础上，我们导出了归一化到激光二极管模式间距的相对调谐范围，讨论了外腔反射率的影响。

| Abstract: | As a step towards fully specifying bistabilities of external cavity semiconductor lasers (ECLDs),the relative tuning range within a diode mode has been studied.The analytical expression of the relative tuning range (normalized to the diode mode spacing)has been deduced and the effects of the external reflectivity has also been discussed. |
