摘    要:研究了以杂多酸(盐)催化合成乙酸正戊酯的反应,探讨了不同催化剂,催化剂用量,原料配比,反应时间,催化剂的重复使用次数等对酯化率的影响。在适宜工艺条件下,以β3K3H3SiW11Mn(H2O)O39]·15H2O为催化剂,酯化率高达9855%。

Catalytic synthesis of n-amyl acetate by heteropoly acid
Abstract:The esterification of acetic acid and n amyl alcohol by using heteropoly acid as catalyst was studied.Effects of catalyst preparation,raw material ratio,reaction temperature and time,the type and amount of catalyst used on the ester yield was investigated.Heteropoly acid as catalyst,moderate condition of reaction,small amount of catalyst with high catalytic activity,non corrosive to the equipment and little,pollution from the reaction were the advantage.At optimal reaction conditions,the ester yield reached 98.55%.Experiments showed that heteropoly acid is a promising catalyst in n amyl acetate synthesis.
