| 摘 要： | 介绍了圆锥轴承套圈精密辗扩机的结构、控制原理及各主要组成部分的设计特点。经试验验证，其机械、电气、液压等系统工作可靠，机床调整简单，辗扩后的毛坯尺寸精度高，车加工余量小。冷辗后的套圈金属流线分布合理，内部组织致密，提高了轴承的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The structure, control principle and main part design features are introduced for precision rolling machine of the tapered bearing ring. By test validation, the operation of mechanism and electric and hydraulic pressure system etc are reliable, the adjustment of the machine is easy, the dimension accuracy of roughcast is high and the amount of machining is small, streamline distribution of ring metal is rational, interior organization is compact after rolling, the use life of the bearing is increased. |
