| 摘 要： | 采用2种不同的偶合路线合成目标化合物:(1)以自制的单偶氮安替吡啉变色酸和对氨基苯甲醛为原料,经重氮化、偶合反应制备一个新的不对称变色酸双偶氮衍生物显色剂2 (4 甲酰基苯偶氮) 7 (4 安替吡啉偶氮) 1,8 二羟基萘 3,6 二磺酸],产率为63.1%.(2)以自制的对甲酰基苯偶氮变色酸和4 氨基安替吡啉为原料,经重氮化、偶合反应制备上述目标化合物,产率为52.6%.产物的结构经红外光谱表征.

| Abstract: | New unsymmetrical bisarylazoderivatives of chromotropic acid was prepared by two different ways:(1)It was prepared from 4-aminobenzaldehyde and monoazo antipyrinylazochromotropic acid by diazotization,coupling reaction,yield was 63.1 %.(2) It was prepared from 4-aminobenzaldehyde and 3-(4-formylphenylazo)-4,5-dihydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulphonic acid by diazotization,coupling reaction,yield was 52.6 %. The structure is identified by IR spectroscopy. |
