| 摘 要： | 开发商在新建小区的有线电视管网建设上，存在各种各样不符合有线电视建设与发展的问题，把实际工作中出现的这些问题加以总结，对兴化市新建小区的有线电视网络楼道管网布放进行规范，实践证明，对提高网络质量、改善网络结构有着积极意义。

| Abstract: | Various problems which will do harm to the CATV construction exist in the newly built residential district. This paper gives a summary of the problems and presents a specification of the CATV layout in the newly built residential districts in Xinghua. The practice has proved that it improved the network quality and the network structure. |
