| 摘 要： | 为寻找肝片吸虫保护性疫苗提供分子免疫学依据，用免疫印迹分析方法从分子水平研究肝片吸虫不同部位的抗原组分，共筛选出46种抗原，其中25种抗原性较强，并发现不同部位蛋白质抗原的共同性及特征性，还筛选到几种未报道过的肝片吸虫抗原。
