含铬铁水氧化脱磷的热力学分析

摘    要:借助于基本热力学数据,运用热力学的方法,计算和分析了用高碱度控制氧位的渣对含铬铁水进行氧化脱磷时,实现“去磷保铬”的热力学条件,为实现不锈钢精炼过程的脱磷提供理论基础。

Abstract:Based on the thermodynamic data, the thermodynamic conditions attaining dephosphorization and Cr conservation are analysed and calculated during a selective oxidizing dephosphorization process of chromium-containing molten iron with a high basicity slag to control oxygen potential. A theoretic base is offerd to control phosphorus in chromium-containing molten iron during the whole refining process of stainless steels.
