摘    要:探讨了4-甲基苯酚与异丁烯用浓硫酸作催化剂选择性合成2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚,分析各种影响反应进行的因素及不同反应条件对产品的收率、原料转化率的影响,从而确定最佳的工艺合成条件:催化剂用量为3%(wt),反应时间为47 min,反应温度为70℃,补充反应时间为30 min。平均收率可达90.1%,选择性可达92.8%。

Abstract:2-Tertbutyl-4-methylphenol was synthesized from 4-methylphenol and isobutylene with H2S04 catalyst. The effect of main reaction conditions on destining product yield were investigated. It was found that the appropriate reaction condition are 70&&&&& reaction temperature, 3%(wt) catalyst content ,47 minute reaction time and 30 minute reinforce reaction time ,it was a option of optimization. The yield of product of the above reaction was up to 90.1%, and the selectivity is more than92.8%.
