南海海域高温高压钻井液技术

摘    要:南海西部海域属世界三大高温高压并存的地区之一,且存在地温梯度高、压力高、压力窗口窄等特点。要在该海域打井必须解决在高温高压共同作用下对钻井液性能的影响,确保高温高压井的安全、快速钻进。文中简单分析了高温高压条件下水基钻井液技术的难点,高温对钻井液性能的影响和作用机理,通过对南海西部海域从1984年至2004年间所钻19口高温高压探井的实践经验和科研成果进行归纳,总结出南海西部海域高温高压井钻井液技术的特点,探讨适合南海西部海域高温高压井特点的钻井液技术。

Abstract:Western South China Sea zone is one of the three high temperature and pressure places in the world.It is characterized by high geothermal gradient,high pressure and narrow pressure window.Influence of joint high temperature and pressure to drilling fluid performance should be overcome to make sure a fast and safe drilling.Technology difficulty of water base drilling fluid under high temperature and pressure as well as influence and mechanism of high temperature and pressure to drilling fluid were simply analyzed.Drilling fluid technology suitable for high temperature and pressure wells in western South China Sea zone was summed up and researched by analyzing scientific payoffs and the practice experiences of all the 19 wells drilled between 1984 and 2004.
