摘    要:轻型木结构建筑具有轻质高强、高次超静定、延性好等特点,具有良好的抗震性能,适合在抗震设防区使用。曹妃甸国际生态城项目为轻型木结构在我国的应用及抗震设计提供了可靠依据。本文以该项目的1号别墅为例,介绍了轻型木结构建筑的抗震机理、地震作用的计算、抗侧力构件的设计以及抗震构造措施等,为同类结构的抗震设计提供了参考。
