气力输送系统中管道材料及管路布置对能耗的影响

摘    要:从输送管道的材料、补气方式和供气管路布置3方面对橡胶加工中气力输送系统的耗能进行了分析,提出了超高分子聚乙烯管的节能效果较好;讨论了非可控旁通管、可控旁通管和双辅管3种补气方式的耗能机理以及供气管道的布置对能耗的影响。

Abstract:The pipe materials,ways of boosting air and the layout of air supply pipeline on energy consumption during pneumatic conveying were analyzed.It was pointed out that the effect of UHMWPE pipe energy saving was the best.The influence of energy consumption mechanism of uncontrolled by-pass pipeline,controlled by-pass pipeline and two-by-pass pipeline,and the layout of air supply pipeline on energy consumption was discussed.
