摘    要:本文以上海青草沙凌桥支线工程为基础,研究了大口径离心浇铸玻璃纤维增强塑料管曲线顶管的偏角、管壁结构、压缩强度、管接头密封等技术要点,期望为今后大口径玻璃纤维增强塑料管曲线顶管的设计、制作工艺和施工提供宝贵经验。

Abstract:This paper focused on the technical points(such as angular deflection,wall structure,compressive strength and coupling etc.) of centrifugally cast filled glass fiber reinforced plastics curve jacking pipes.The pipes was adopted in the construction of Shanghai Qingcaosha Lingqiao water project using curve pipe jacking construction and the experience of the design manufacture,process and construction was obtained.
