高效净水剂聚合硫酸铁合成条件研究

摘    要:对亚硝酸钠催化法合成聚合硫酸铁的一些影响因素进行了研究。实验结果表明:合成事硫酸铁铵「SO4^2」:「Fe」总=1.40-1.45:1的比值投料最为适合:催化剂NaNO2的投加速度以30L^-1.h^-1为宜;通氧气比通空气的反应速度提高约44%;反应过程中加入适量硝酸可防止Fe2O3.nH2O沉淀的产生;加入某物质MS能使产品的稳定性大大提高;产品对印洒污水处理的COD去除率达92%,脱色率达9

Abstract:The influence of several factors in producing polyferric sulfate with NaNO2 as catalyst has been studied .The results show that the optimum ratio of [SO2-4] : [Fe]total is 1.40 - 1.45 :1 .The optimum speed of adding NaNO2 to the reacting sytsem is 30 g L-1 h -1. Reaction rate is increased by 44% with oxygen than air. Stabillity of the product can be improved greatly by the addition of agent MS. The COD removal ratio is 92% and decoloring ratio is over 98.8% when the product is used to treat printing - dyeing waste water.
