摘    要:抛光技术是现代制造产业的关键技术之一,现代制造工艺的发展对材料抛光精度的要求已经达到了微纳级。 与传统抛光技术相比,激光抛光技术更容易满足工业要求,并且适用于金属、陶瓷、玻璃等多种材料,在抛光加工领域受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。 综述了近年来不同材料激光抛光技术的研究进展;针对激光抛光过程中产生的热应力,分析了工艺参数以及温度变化对激光抛光效果的影响,探讨了新型的激光抛光技术,梳理了将激光抛光与其他抛光技术进行有效复合的方法与观点。 按照不同的材料,归纳了激光抛光技术的作用机理,并阐述了激光抛光技术的优缺点,最后对激光抛光技术的未来发展进行展望。 对于目前激光抛光研究中尚未解决的问题以及未来不同材料的激光抛光技术的研究方向具有指导意义。

Abstract:Polishing technology is one of the key technologies in modern manufacturing industry. With the development of modern manufacturing technology, the requirements for material polishing accuracy have reached micro and nano level. Compared with traditional polishing technology, laser polishing technology is easier to meet these industrial requirements, and is suitable for a variety of materials such as metal, ceramics and glass. It has attracted extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad in the field of polishing processing. The research progress of laser polishing technology for different materials in recent years is reviewed. Aiming at the thermal stress generated in the process of laser polishing, the effects of process parameters and temperature changes on the effect of laser polishing are analyzed, new laser polishing technology is discussed, and the methods and viewpoints of effectively combining laser polishing with other polishing technologies are combed. According to different materials, the action mechanism of laser polishing technology is summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of laser polishing technology are described. Finally, the future development of laser polishing technology is prospected. It has guiding significance for the unsolved problems in the research of laser polishing and the research direction of laser polishing technology of different materials in the future.
