Abstract:According to the characteristics of low Earth orbit(LEO)satellite communication system and the world s most widely used digital satellite television broadcasting(DVB)standard protocol,the satellite communication downlink is designed and verified.The design of the overall architecture of the protocol and the construction of the link model are introduced,and the design of the frequency offset pre-estimation process in the synchronization module is emphasized.Frequency offset pre-estimation realizes the operation of large frequency offset estimation and compensation before fine frequency offset estimation and compensation,which reduces the requirement of the estimation range of the following frequency offset estimation module,thus improving the performance of the whole link frequency offset estimation and compensation.The simulation test verifies the good effect of the link and shows that it is suitable for engineering development.
