| 摘 要： | 北京燕山石化中压加氢裂化装置在运行中,其进料/反应产物换热器因结垢而导致进料加热炉的热负荷不能满足生产需要。结合本装置的具体工艺流程,对进料/反应产物高压换热流程进行了优化调整,使循环氢加热炉的入口温度降低,原料油的换热后温度升高,解决了这一瓶颈问题。
