摘 要: | 采用阴极转动分隔式电解槽,研究了硫酸电解液中硝基苯电解合成对氨基苯酚(PAP)的放大过程。当槽电流500A、电流效率61.6%时,硝基苯的转化率为92.7%,PAP收率达71.0%,直流电单耗为8.21kWh·(kg·PAP) ̄(-1);合成的产物经高效液相色谱、红外和紫外光谱等分析,含量在96.o%以上,且无发现异物体和杂质峰。

Abstract: | Abstract The process of scale-up for synthetic para-aminophenoi(PAP)by the electrolytic reductionof nitrobenzene is studied by using the cell of arotating cathode in the solution of a sulfuricacid.The research shows that the conversion ofnitrobenzene is 92.7%,the yield of PMP is 71.0%,the cost of D.C.is 8.2lkWh·(kgPAP) ̄(-1)when the electrolytic corrent is 500A throughoutthe run and the current efficiency is 61.6%.Thetitle compoud has been analyzed by high pressureliquid chromatography,infrared spectrum and ul-traviolet spectrum.The analysis shows that thepurity of PAP is higher than 96.0%,and thereis not any isomer and impurity peak. |
