| 摘 要： | 在十二烷基硫酸钠的水溶液中,以Cd(NO3)2和TAA为源材料,通过微波辐射加热合成了立方晶相CdS半导体纳米粒子,并用XRD、TEM、紫外反射光谱及荧光光谱进行了表征。

| Abstract: | CdS nanoparticles of ca.6nm in size have been successfully synth eized in a aqueous solution of cadmium nitrate and thioacetamide(TAA)by microw ave irradiation.The powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)pattern indicated that the product was pure cubic sphalerite-typea-CdS.The product was also characteriz ed by the techniques of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),reflection spec troscopy and the photoluminescence spectrum. |
