A newly-developed dyeing process aiming to transfer the natural beauty of haziness to silkfabrics refers to the silk dyeing process involving dyeing, chemical treating and processing withspecified dyestuffs and chemical auxiliaries. And discussions are made on factors affacting groundpattern dyeing such as level-dyeing property of bottoming dyestuff, pH value of dyeing bath,dyeing temperature and cycle; as well as some other factors affacting pattern formation such aspatterning auxiliaries, patterning temperature and dye structures.
