摘    要:建立有机进样系统-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(OSIS-ICP-MS)直接测试高纯有机试剂中金属杂质。高纯有机试剂直接由有机进样系统(OSIS)导入质谱仪进行分析,可有效避免样品处理可能带来的污染和误差。与传统方法比较,该文所建立的方法准确、快速、灵敏、环保,并兼顾成本,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:An OSIS-ICP-MS method was established to directly and rapidly determine metal impurities in high-purity organic reagents.Organic reagents can be introduced into ICP-MS system directly without any treatment,and potential contaminations and errors coming from sample treatment can be avoided as possible as it may accordingly.Comparison with routing method proved that the developed method could be addressed as accurate,environmental friendly,rapid,sensitive and inexpensive method,and be worth of widely application.
