| 摘 要： | 分析了武钢氧气公司ZDQ - 6 5型中压水电解装置的氢分离洗涤塔 ,由于违章操作致使电解液循环中断 ,氢氧气体混合产生剧烈的化学爆炸伤人事故的经过、现场调查事故原因分析、事故处理和事故教训。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the explosion accident of a hydrogen separation scrubber in model ZDQ-65 water electrolysis system which injured an operator.The severe chemical explosion produced by the mixing of hydrogen and oxygen was caused by the interruption of electrolyte circulation.It has proved on the basis of the site investigation that the accident resulted from irregular operation.In conclusion solutions and lessons taken are given,separately. |
