| 摘 要： | 根据建国 5 0多年高校国有资产管理中存在的问题 ,从 7个方面论述了国有资产的配置浪费及流失 ,并提出了一些解决问题的对策。从而得出高校国有资产管理是一个复杂的系统工程 ,既有行政事业单位的非经营性资产管理的特点 ,也有经营性资产管理的个别特性。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in managing state-owned assets in university since 1949,the allocation and the loss of the assets were discussed in seven aspects,and some countermeasures were given.It was pointed out that the management of state-owned assets in university is a complex and systematic project with the features of business asset management as well as the features of non-business asset management in administration and institution unit. |
