摘    要:叉车自动称重装置是自动称重技术在叉车搬运货物过程的应用。它集微电子技术和传感器技术为一体,实现搬运货物的自动计量、自动统计、自动计价等。欲达到上述目标,除实现装置智能化外,还要保证受载信号的精确度应控制在设计指标以内。本文着重论述称重时货物偏载影响及消除这些影响的措施。

Abstract:Forklift automatic weighing device is an application of automatic weighing technique to the cargo transportation proccess. With the micro-electronic technique and transducer technique in the same device, it canrealize the cargo weighing, counting, price calculating automaticallyduring transportation. To reach the goal mentioned above, the accurancyof loading signal should be controlled in a certain range besides comp-uterizing whole system. This paper emphasizes the influence of cargoeccentric load-bearing on the weighing accurancy and the means to elim-inate the influence.
