聚乙烯树脂熔体质量流动速率测试比对结果分析

摘    要:按照GB/T3682-2000,对合成树脂质检、科研和生产企业等21家检测实验室,对聚乙烯树脂进行熔体质量流动速率测试比对,利用稳健统计技术对检测数据进行分析,对比对结果进行评价。所有参加比对的实验室反映了该行业测试水平;质检机构、国家认可实验室的测试水平较高,科研开发实验室测试水平次之;生产企业的实验室不够满足测试要求;2011年比对测试水平高于2007年比对测试水平。

Abstract:The melt mass-flow rate of polyethylene resin was tested according to GB/T 3682-2000 in the 21 test laboratories about qualitymonitoring,scientific research and production enterprises of synthetic resin,and analyzed the test data using robust statistical techniques and evaluated the intercomparison results.It reflected the industry’s testing level in those laboratories and showed that the testing level of quality inspection organization and national accreditation laboratory were the highest,scientific research was the higher and production enterprises could not reach the requirement of testing.In addition,the contrastive testing level of 2011 was more higher than 2007.
