摘    要:介绍了智能响应电脱盐技术的特点,该技术可实现在控制室(DCS系统或PLC柜)通过远程监控了解设备的运行情况,可以在线更改变压器的运行参数及输出电压特性曲线,对输入到罐内电极板上的高压进行远程控制与实时动态控制。考察了改造前后的工艺流程以及工业运行情况,分析比较了中国石化股份有限公司金陵石化分公司采用智能响应电脱盐技术前后的效果,采用新技术后取得了较好的脱盐效果,脱后含盐基本在3 mg/L以下,脱盐污水含油合格率达到100%,为后续加工装置降低能耗、减轻设备腐蚀、安全平稳生产创造了条件。

Abstract:The technical features of intelligent-response electric desalting technology are described. The application of this technology has realized the remote control and monitoring of desalter equipment in the central control room ( through DCS or PLC). The operation parameters of transformer and output voltage curve can be modified for remote real-time dynamic control of high voltage of electrode plates in the desalter drum. The process flow and commercial operation of the desalter before and after revamping are studied, and the actual operating resuslts of intelligent-response electric desahing process in the desaher of Jinling Petrochemical Company are analyzed and compared. After application of this state-of-the-art technology, the salt in desahed oil is reduced to less than 3 mg/L and the oil in desalter blowdown water meets the specifications by 100%, which provides good conditions for energy saving, equipment corrosion mitigation and long-term safe operation of downstream process units and facilities.
